2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, country, email address, phone number, selected product or product category, message and the page from which the inquiry was submitted. If you continue communicating with us, we also process the information you include in those communications.
Technical and usage information
Our servers, hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and security signals. Cloudflare also supplies a country code derived from the network request so that we can decide whether a Cookie consent prompt is required.
When enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity process website usage and interaction information as described under Third-Party Tools below. Regional loading rules, cookieless measurement and browser choices are explained in our Cookie Policy.
Consent preference
We store your analytics and recording choice, measurement preference, consent version and timestamp in your browser's local storage under yanxun_google_consent_v1. This allows the website to remember your choice. We also remember whether the US notice has been dismissed under yanxun_privacy_notice_v3. Browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) takes precedence over a saved analytics grant.
3. How and why we use information
- Business inquiries: to respond to requests, discuss specifications, prepare quotations and take steps toward a business relationship.
- Website operation and security: to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, maintain availability and protect our systems.

Third-Party Tools
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand page views, traffic sources, device characteristics and interactions such as contact-link clicks. When analytics storage is allowed, Google uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. We do not send inquiry form contents, names, phone numbers or email addresses as analytics event parameters. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising are disabled in our Google Consent Mode v2 configuration.
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, neither analytics provider is loaded before a choice. Accept All enables analytics and recording. Reject All prevents analytics cookies and Clarity recording but permits GA4 cookieless measurement signals. These signals are not the same as sending no data and may include technical request and page information. For no optional measurement, use the opt-out below. Read Google's Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session recordings, so we can improve usability, product information and inquiry journeys. When enabled, Clarity may process page views, clicks, scrolling, browser/device information and a reconstruction of on-page interactions. It does not record your microphone, camera or the rest of your computer screen.
Our inquiry form is explicitly masked for Clarity, form inputs are masked by the tool, and Clarity is not installed in the administration area. We do not intentionally send customer contact details through Clarity identification or custom tags. Microsoft processes collected information under its Microsoft Privacy Statement. Our Clarity Consent Mode configuration keeps advertising storage denied.
In the United States, a notice explains that analytics and interaction recording run by default. In other identified regions outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, these tools also run by default without an initial banner. A saved refusal or GPC signal overrides these defaults. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money, and personalized advertising is already disabled on this website. You can also opt out of optional third-party analytics and session recording using the button below. This stops future GA4 measurement, including cookieless signals, and Microsoft Clarity recording in this browser; it does not delete information already collected by a provider.

6. How long we keep information
We keep business inquiry and correspondence records only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage a current or potential business relationship, meet record-keeping obligations and resolve disputes. Technical and security records are retained according to operational and security needs. Google Analytics data follows the property's retention settings. Clarity's standard session playback retention is 30 days; favorited or labeled sessions and heatmap/click data may be retained for up to 9 months under Microsoft's current retention rules. Browser cookies and local storage follow the periods described in the Cookie Policy.
Retention may be extended when required by law or when records are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to a data protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, request limits and website security services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
