Product Features

Rear RGB Lighting with a Focused Glow

A circular RGB accent surrounds the rear mounting point of the MGY34WA005. Its concentrated glow adds character to an open gaming desk while keeping the front of the display visually clean, with no illuminated trim competing with the game.

Four Adjustments to Set Your Viewing Position

Raise or lower the screen, tilt it toward your seated position, pivot between landscape and portrait, or swivel it to either side. Left and right swivel follows the stand's vertical axis rather than sliding the panel sideways, so you can turn the view while the base stays in place.

Choose a Refresh Rate of up to 240Hz

For fast turns and rapidly changing game scenes, the 240Hz configuration refreshes the picture up to 240 times per second. This Arcus model is offered in 165Hz, 180Hz, 200Hz and 240Hz versions; confirm the required version and use a compatible source and connection to reach its supported refresh rate.

FreeSync Helps Keep Frames Together

When game frame rates vary, FreeSync coordinates the display with a compatible graphics source to help reduce visible tearing and stutter. Enable the supported synchronization settings on the monitor and computer for a more continuous view as you move through the scene.

One-Touch OSD Split Screen for Side-by-Side Views

Switch to the left/right split layout through the monitor's OSD control to make use of its wide viewing area. Keep a game view beside reference content, or compare two areas without constantly replacing one full-screen view with another. Available layouts depend on the selected configuration.

Detail of the MGY34WA005 cylindrical metal upright and low-profile V-shaped metal stand.

A Metal Stand with a Low-Profile Footprint

The metal support pairs a cylindrical upright with two slim, angled feet. This grounded design supports the wide display without a bulky solid pedestal, leaving an open area between the feet for a neatly arranged gaming desk.

MGY34WA005 monitor with concave 1800R glass and a top-view inset showing the edges curving toward the viewer.

1800R Curvature Around a 34-Inch View

The 1800R panel bends inward on the viewing side, bringing both edges toward the user rather than pushing the middle outward. Across the 34-inch ultrawide format, that shape gives racing tracks, game environments and panoramic content a gently surrounding presentation.

100% sRGB and 81% DCI-P3 Color Coverage

The MGY34WA005 covers 100% of the sRGB gamut and 81% of DCI-P3, giving games, video and everyday images a broad range of color to work with. On its expansive VA screen, saturated accents and subtle shades add depth to both entertainment and visual reference content.
